Assistance with sudden issues incl. OSCAR
After great success with my CPAP for quote some time (couple years) I am all of a sudden awaking with dry mouth and shortness of breath a few times a night and it is making me feel like garbage. I am using the ResMed Humidifier. Could someone look at the data and see if they see anything that jumps out. Thank you in advance.

RE: Assistance with sudden issues incl. OSCAR
Your results per this chart look very good with very consistent pressure, low flow limits and events. There is a high baseline leak at about 6 L/min. This should not interfere with therapy, but may be disruptive. How long has it been since you changed the mask? What are your humidifier settings? Moving the margin on the statistics just a bit to the right would eliminate the word wrap and allow more information to display.

RE: Assistance with sudden issues incl. OSCAR
I do not see anything that stands out in the OSCAR chart to imply causation. In fact it is good and shows the therapy working quite well.
Would you please post a 2-3 min zoom at 03:15 and 04:20? Wondering if there is something there I am not seeing. Before suggesting any changes, ponder what has changed recently that may be impacting sleep quality. Any lifestyle changes? Work changes? Medications? Exercise? Diet? Stress? Also, that baseline leak of ~6 l/min is likely from your machine or mask. Not enough to worry about, but worth checking the hose and connections for anything unusual. I have seen similar leaks on some machines and never found a root cause. Nothing to worry about, but just another piece of the puzzle.

RE: Assistance with sudden issues incl. OSCAR
I greatly appreciate your guys helps here. I changed to this mask when I have some congestion but normally use the P30i. I was having great success with no tape on the mouth or anything. For some reason I started having issue with that it seemed, hence the switch to the F30i.
