Oxometer question
I have a fitbit & it shows my O2 regularly drops below 80. Are they accurate/reliable?

If not reliable, any recommendations?

RE: Oxometer question
The fitbit O2 saturation works by reflectance so it has to be secure, not tight and not loose.

I'm not sure how accurate the fitbit is, but if it is showing below 80% at all often, I'd ask for a consult with a doctor and and overnight check with the doctor's istruments.
