You might want to take your humidifier anyway. Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it, (Ha-Ha.) I sure don't blame you for wanting to travel a bit lighter though.

I keep a simple two wire extension cord in my CPAP bag. Hotels are charging more but putting in less and less outlets. We are such creatures of habit and I find I just do not sleep well if I am on the other side of the bed. Between the extension cord (I think it is 10') and the really long cord on the S9, I've not had any problems since.
