PRS1 Modem Quit Sending Daily Data to Dream Mapper

Hi,

My PRS1 series 60 modem quit sending daily data to the Dream mapper program that I use on my desktop.
This started after 12/28/21.

In the data window, it now shows a pictogram of two devices, one above the other, with an up arrow in between them.
This image stays active in the window all the time now, unless I press the button when it goes back to the menu.
When I push the modem send button, nothing happens. Modem says it has signal.

Any thoughts on how to trouble shoot this?

I do like the convenience of that program.

It could be that the carrier dropped 3G service.

Eric, you might want to upgrade your Sleepyhead to the current OSCAR program.
DreamMapper from your PRS1 60 series may not be supported anymore. I never had a modem on my 60 series machines, so this is definitely not my wheelhouse. That's a 10 year old machine and probably due for replacement anyway.
