Philips Care Orchestrator & Patient Access(?)

Philips Care Orchestrator & Patient Access(?)
I had found a Philips website that details Care Orchestrator setup for caregivers and DME's. Interestingly it states patients can have Care Orchestrator access in a 'read only' mode.

https://www.careorchestrator.com/proxy/c...trator.htm
"Care Orchestrator is intended to support clinicians by tracking data on patients who are prescribed compatible therapy devices in accordance with the intended use of those therapy devices. Care Orchestrator provides remote patient data collection and viewing and is intended to be used by healthcare representatives (e.g., Physicians, Clinicians, Clinical Users / Clinical Assistants , Durable Medical Equipment providers) in conjunction with compatible non-life support therapy devices to adjust prescription and/or performance settings. Care Orchestrator allows read-only access to patients. Care Orchestrator is intended to be used in hospital, institutional, provider, and home care settings."

This page explains clinical users can setup patient access and provides a link to 'Add Patient'.

I wonder if the data a patient could access would be comparable to that of OSCAR and what are the chances (on a scale of slim to none) a DME or sleep doc could/would set up patient access(?) Possibly could be a OSCAR alternative for DS2 users(?)

This is an outstanding discovery! It looks like there is a Role for just viewing patient data, here:
https://www.careorchestrator.com/proxy/c..._setup.htm

As this Role can only be given to a new User by an Administrator or Clinical User, we are dependant on the willingness of our DME's. Furthermore, I expect problems to make a user at home able to log in to their Care Orchestrator. Though explicitly mentioned....

I wonder whether anyone here or on another Forum, will be able to convince their DME to do so...!

There also seems to be some stand-alone software for DreamStation 2: Care Orchestrator Essence. Found here:
https://www.philips.nl/healthcare/produc...ent-system

Can anyone trace a copy?

If anyone here has this product, we at OSCAR and AB are VERY interested in all the details.  How you got it and what data it contains.

Please let us know, here is a fine place or if you want it to be more private, PM me (Gideon).

boo ... tech specs indicate it's a Windows only app. In time maybe that will change.

Have an appt with my sleep doc this week. Can the doctors office set this up or must it be the DME? Can it be any DME?

As can be read in this article, only a System Administrator can do this:

But it's still unclear whether it would be the DME or the doctor who would have his machine enrolled in their account. Can't hurt to ask.

Hey Gideon Smile

I too am interested in this because the DME provider can't seem to update the DS2's firmware to latest version. They literally seem without a clue.
