Please help adjust my setting
#11
RE: Please help adjust my setting
Update with new settings:

March 26:  Fell asleep around 3am.  Felt like I had good sleep without waking up too often.  Woke at 7:15 with my mask off so I wore again and went back to sleep. Lowest AHI since starting CPAP
March 27:  Fell asleep around 2:30am
March 28:  Fell asleep around 4am

RE: Please help adjust my setting
March 29:  couldn't fall asleep.  Ended up removing mask and slept from 9a - 2p
March 30:  fell asleep around 7:40a, removed mask and slept more.
March 31:  slept around 6:30a.

Feel like my sleeping schedule is to blame for not falling asleep now as I feel more comfortable with the mask on.  It seems there are fewer events during sleep though with the new settings.
