I started with a Resmed Elite but got switched to a Prisma Smart for APAP due to Aerophagia.
Would love to have some help with optimizing my therapy later but could need some help organizing my OSCAR setup first. The Löwenstein maschine displays a LOT of events/charts and I am not sure which ones I should keep/remove for you experts to analyze.
I attached two screenshots, the default display with everything turned on and my best attempt at organizing it myself after reading the OSCAR Wiki.
Should I keep it like that or are there any events/charts that would be useful to have on?
Also for charts, I don't have flow limitation or snore. Below the shown charts are: Mask Pressure, Resp. Rate, Minute Vent., Insp. Time, Exp. Time, AHI, Time at pressure, Obstruction Level, rRMV, rRMVFluctuation, Measured Pressure, Full Flow. Any of them useful for a 1-page overview instead of Tidal Volume?
Set your display to the Standard view. (View > Reset Graphs > Standard)
Take a screenshot of your Daily screen.
* For Windows or Linux: Use the F12 key
* For a Mac: Use Fn+F12
These are the graphs we initially like to see: events, flow rate, pressure, leak rate, DS (Deep Sleep?) and flow limitation (if available). If any other graphs needed, we would ask.
On the Event graph, remove the following Flags: Artefact, eSO, eMO, eS and Timed Breath. I'm not too familiar with what your machine offers and what some of that stands for, but if someone wants it added, they'll request it.
This should get you down to one chart for the day.
Also, be sure you include as much of the left sidebar as you can.
