With EPR set he needs to set the Min Pressure to 7.  4 is the lowest the machine will go and you need to add the 3 EPR 4+3=7
they might try EPR 2 might help the centrals.

Their max is too low at 9 he is hitting his max.  So its not able to help the obstructions. Raise this to 14

They also have ramp at 45 min not good.  the Goal is no ramp at all.  tell them to decrease the ramp time every week by 15 min until its off.

Tell them we dont bite and register...

settings recapp

Min Pressure 7
Max Pressure 14
EPR 2
Ramp OFF or titrate down 15 per week.

Post new screen shots in a week or if worse.

Also How long have they been on cpap?
