help with pressure
I can't sleep to fall alseep and keep having rearas does that meant I need to keep increasing the pressure i have tired auto cpap but that never worked here is my bi level data I slowly increased the pressure manually through the night but still having a lot of rearas. / distrubed breathing here is my sleephq link https://sleephq.com/public/teams/share_l...e29f212536

Pressure isn't going to help CA and periodic breathing.   I believe there's a trigger setting that can help. Someone who knows more about bi-level will be along to help I'm sure, but I would slightly decrease pressure and see if the CA decreases. 

Did you have CA on your sleep study?
Breathe through your nose
Reduce sugar and processed food
Soft collar and tape

Sleep-well
