Help with Hypopneas!
Hi everyone,
Struggling here... I've been using my CPAP on and off for 2 years now, but lately I've been playing around with the settings to try and make it more comfortable. Without CPAP I never "wake up" throughout the night but with CPAP I'll wake up once or twice and have trouble going back to sleep.
Lately looking at OSCAR my AHI's are under 10 and sometimes even under 5 but I still feel exhausted waking up and maybe even more so compared to sleeping without CPAP. Last night surprisingly it only showed 2 OA's but multiple hypopnea events. Can anyone shed light on what that may be caused by and how to fix it. Thank you!
