Great few months now struggling to feel rested - oscar data included
Found this forum when trying to research what could be going on.

I did lofta sleep study with 23 AHI
36 RDI / hr
92% min O2 Sat
96% av O2 Sat

I was recommended min pressure 4 max pressure 20

First few months I felt amazing I was getting out of bed and not staying in it not wanting to wake up. Then after a few months I felt bad and started to adjust things to test and now I'm at a point where I haven't felt rested in months. My SO told me I have been breathing out of my mouth sometimes and I tried a few different tapes / chin straps but haven't helped, the tape comes off my facial hair and the strap makes me feel like my teeth are clenching.

Any advice or suggestions would be great.

Thanks
