I was also advised to raise my EPR and my flow limitations are now under .1

RE: Help with settings
I already have EPR at max (3).
On the first one I had set it at ramp only. I will try these options and report back.
Since it's a ffmask, what would mouth tape do?

Keep you from talking in your sleep?

A soft cervical collar will help with the mouth leaks, and also with any position related flow limitations.

And yes, you can have mouth leaks even with a full-face mask. I’ve done it many times when my jaw dropped and mouth was below the mask.

   PL&P got it again.

Mouth Tape kept me from eating my FFM.

I just could not control that lower lip, I may be able to try without the tape. But the  security it provides makes me sleep better.

RE: Help with settings
Hello once again.
So, the full face mask I currently have is at least a size too big and it almost reaches my chin. When I fit it, I relax my jaw, let it drop (since that is how it is when I sleep) and then I tighten it, so I don't know if that is a problem. But I also talk in my sleep, at least once every few nights.
  Anyways, I tried your recommendations:
EPR 3, Pressure (11,11)

RE: Help with settings
What I noticed is that with the (11,11) settings I woke up with a bit of a headache, but that might have been because I was coming down with a cold, due to some sudden bad weather. I will try both again.
