Also, my machine is approaching 2 years old. Do I need to have it checked? Or is that not really necessary?
Thanks in advance for your review.

Confused After A Few Years
I am seeking your guidance once again, after previoulsy managing my AHI with decent results. Although I was consistently under 2 AHI for an extended period, I am now over 5 AHI each night. Recently, I am seeing not only higher AHI coming from Hypopnea, RERA, and OA, but also snoring is being detected. My setting on my Resmed AutoSet 11 is 8.8/14.8. It appears as if I have lost control. Should I increase my pressure? I was wearing a collar for a while, but am feeling so uncomfortable with it that I stopped, replacing it with a small second pillow under my chin. I have included Oscar screen shots of last night and would greatly appreciate some advice. I am seeing AHI grow each time I wake up as follows: 2 AHI after 2 hours of sleep; 4 AHI after four hours of sleep; 6 AHI after 6 hours of sleep. I never noticed snoring for well over 1 year, but now it seems to be regular.
Also, my machine is approaching 2 years old. Do I need to have it checked? Or is that not really necessary? Thanks in advance for your review.

RE: Confused After A Few Years
Most of your apneas are the result of "chin tucking" (Positional Apnea), as noted by the
"clumps" of apnea on your graphs. https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...onal_Apnea You probably need to revisit using the soft cervical collar. If it's uncomfortable as you stated, then it may be the sizing is off. Measure the circumference of your neck and add 2-3 inches. A collar should not be over tight and you should be able to insert a couple fingers under it. Also, measure the height, from under your chin to your collar bone area. A one size fits all isn't going to necessarily work for you. Folk with a taller neck can comfortably use a 3-4" collar, but a person with a shorter neck may only need a 2-3 inch collar. Shop at a place like Amazon, where they sell many varieties and sizes. http://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.php...cal_Collar

RE: Confused After A Few Years
Thanks OpalRose. You are most probably correct, and I will attempt the collar again with correct measurements.
