SleepyHead and Insurance
I will be getting my CPAP machine in the next couple of days and I want to track my progress using SleepyHead. I do have a concern though. I was told that I need to make sure I'm using the machine properly for at least 4 hours a night or my insurance will charge me for my machine. I'm concerned that if I pull the data off my machine for SleepyHead that it will be a violation with my insurance company. If anyone can give me any advice on this concern please let me know.

The data is not removed from the card, merely copied.

Like PaulaO2 said, SH only reads the data. The insurance company is looking for machine usage. They don't like paying for something that you aren't using.
