HylaMist nasal spray against nasal congestion
This spray is advertised for dry noses, not nasal congestion. Nevertheless, I tried it because my congestion becomes less annoying when the moisture content of the XPAP is high. It helped. Because its effect was moderate, I gave it a three-star rating.
It contains additives such as Water, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid), and Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Seed Extract. Hence, it can be used for prolonged periods without any adverse effects, which makes it superior to any alternatives, including antihistamines, currently used against congestion.
I use it before putting the mask on.
Currently, it is not available on Amazon, but you can still buy it from hyalogic.com for $9.99/59 ml. One bottle lasts over a month.
