Purchased Machine Online - Dr. wants access to ResMed data via server
Greetings,
I purchased an AirSense 10 AutoSet online from
Supplier #1. Dr's office called and asked about progress obtaining a machine, and I informed them that I purchased one online. They said they want access to the data the machine sends to ResMed servers. From what I can fathom, there is some kind of subscription (have I mentioned lately that I HATE subscriptions
) involved.
How have any of you all who have purchased machines outside of the DME madness been able to complete the dots for the Dr.? I mentioned OSCAR but that was ignored...
Thanks!
Mikey
RE: Purchased Machine Online - Dr. wants access to ResMed data via server
Resmed offers DMEs and doctors your data which is uploaded to AirView by cellular phone connection. AirView is the professional version of MyAir. Assuming they subscribe to Airview, all they need is the machine Serial Number. You may choose to provide the data if you have insurance coverage for supplies as this will document your use and efficacy. I think most of your answers are here on subscribing and access to AirView and MyAir

Here is a link to another thread where members discuss getting machines registered to Airview and which online suppliers will do this.
Supplier #1 is not one that will register your machine for you.
