Chest strap heart rate monitor?

Chest strap heart rate monitor?
Hey!

I have noticed, by wearing two O2Rins for a while, that:
1. SpO2 data contains a lot of artifacts, so movements <5% tend to be noise and only visible on one of the two devices.
2. Heart rate spikes over 10-20bpm tend to correlate well with arousals and seem to have little artifacts, with both devices lining up really well.

In addition, I have noticed that my daytime naps are significantly more refreshing than nighttime sleep and (via correlation not causation) know that they also have essentially no HR spikes, compared to 10+ spikes/hr at night.

There is also studies that show sleep stage monitors using HRV (e.g. Apple Watch) are reasonably accurate overall and particularly accurate at predicting awake stage periods.

This has led me to believe that HR monitoring is a great way to measure sleep arousals (“qualify”). to track what improves/worsens sleep.

Now to my question: Has anyone used a chest strap heart rate monitor and can any of them be imported to OSCAR? My hope is for them to be both more accurate and more comfortable to wear.
