Thanks Sleeprider, you have been very kind helping so much, thank you again for all the effort. Do all of these random patterns look normal to you? I'm thinking I might still suffer from PLMS (or indeed something else in addition to this), but I'm not sure yet on how to proceed or what else to try. My gut feeling says there are still a lot of arousals and it should be possible to decrease those further.

By "normal" we have seen them before in a number of members that often share your complaints on disrupted sleep. I haven't seen "Sheepless" around for a while, but he used to have some depth of thought on this, and you might look up some of his threads and posts. The occasional spikes and irregular breathing could have any number of causes, but no one would even be aware of them without Oscar.
