HELP with CPAP settings, not feeling rested in the morning!

I am not convinced that CPAP mode is the same as fixed APAP given how the numbers vary and how I felt when trying both. It is significantly different on Vauto with S mode vs Vauto CPAP vs Vauto fixed APAP, and given how similar the software is between the Vauto and Autoset, I wonder if some of that has carried over.

I’ll do anything to have a better nights rest, so willing to try pretty much everything.

Min pressure 12
Max pressure 13
EPR 2 full-time

This will reduce the amount of pressure swings, maintain reasonable FL’s, and hopefully give a better nights rest. We may want to decrease EPR from 2 to 1 if there are comfort issues. We will know more once you have given it a go.

Hi PeaceLoveAndPizza!  Much better with these settings.  Much better rested, though probably still a bit a little groggy during the day.  But huge improvement over just a week ago!  Let me know what you think and if we should continue to tweak the settings (EPR 1?  Also seems like it's spending most of the time at the top end of the pressure - should I move that up a bit?)

Thanks for all the help!!!

if those were my numbers, i'd maybe bounce the max pressure up to like 13.8 for a couple nights to see if that reduces any of the events. but it looks pretty good as is.

I agree with eok361, a bit more pressure on the top end may help.

I do not think I would muck with the EPR at the moment. Your flow limitations look pretty good, so would leave it alone for now. Once things start getting settled like you are now I prefer to only change one variable at a time if possible.

Hi All - HELP!  For some reason, my sleep quality deteriorated this week!  The previous week, I was travelling for work so I was using an AirMini, which worked just fine but settings were slightly different from my usual.  When I came back on Friday, I just couldn't get back into the groove.... see attached for the last 2 nights.  First night was as is, i.e. 12-13, EPR 2.  For the 2nd night, I increased to 12-14, EPR 2.  However, in both cases, felt quite sleep deprived in the morning.  AHI looks good though.  What gives?

I’ve been comparing the two charts just posted to previous ones, and do not see much difference. Numbers are basically the same, maybe a few more arousals, but nothing I see as being significant. Maybe a bit more leaking.

I have no scathingly brilliant suggestions other than to give it more time and to relax. Don’t go dial spinning trying to fix something that may not be broken.
