Requesting some help with evaluating my settings
A few months ago, after years of trying, I was finally able to get sued to wearing a CPAP. I have been wearing it nightly for months. The sleep apnea caused severe anxiety and depression along with the being tired all the time. At first with my settings from 4- 20 my AHI still seemed high. I spoke with my doctor a couple times and he insisted that the pressure settings on Auto CPAP did not need to be adjusted. After a while I raised the pressure settings and my AHI seemed to decrease. While I do feel better than being completely untreated a lot of days I still feel exhausted and like crap even with a relatively low AHI( between 3-10). I was hoping I could get some guidance on the proper settings for my CPAP machine. Ill attach the screenshot I got from following the wiki guide. If any more info or screenshots is needed please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Nick, looks okay but we're seeing mainly sleep disruption events and some flow limitation. Your pressure is really very steady and I think you might do better with fixed pressure than with the auto. 10.0 cm seems to very effectively eliminate the obstructive elements of your apnea, and that pressure looks pretty good to me. You might want to introduce Cflex at 1 or 2 to give you a bit of pressure relief on exhale. This might help with the residual flow limits. My suggestion then is CPAP mode at 10.0 with Cflex at 1 or 2 for comfort.
