ResMed Launches Narval CC Mandibular Repositioning Device
The Narval CC is a custom-made mandibular repositioning device (MRD). As well as treatment for snoring, the Narval CC is offered as an alternate solution for patients with mild to moderate OSA and patients who do not tolerate CPAP treatment.

In Romania they don`t use digital moulding, they use wax, and it`s $200-$250 for a personalized dental othesys. Unfortunately if it does not work, you must throw it away and pay again for another, so I`d pass..

I would happily use a mandibular device if it worked, or if it only improved my AHI to a level that would allow me to use it when camping for a few days, or sleeping in-flight. The price is a major obstacle though, given that nobody know how effective it will be for THEM until they've bought one. It could turn out to be a waste of money.
