I have 5.1.0.8731.
Have not tested it (no guts to) with overwrite. One thing I don't like about it is a LONG delay if you start it without an SD card 'in' for it to see.

ResScan has now been updated to version 5.4.
The 5.4 version link is the one that is now being distributed via email request by healthcareworker (please see the first post in this thread for download instructions).

The file is smaller though - might be some code optimization/reduction perhaps... The zip file size went from 126.7 MB in version 5.3 down to 119.4 MB in version 5.4. I have no clue.

Installed fine. Briefly clicking through it there are some things I noticed
I don't have a shot of the old graphs but anyone that has used it before will see a slight improvement. I'll keep poking around and add if I find anything else noteworthy.
