ResScan Detailed Graphs

Hi, I used to have a Resmed S9 for 5-6 years and works fine and able to download both summary and detail data using Rescan. Current version is 5.7.0.9477. About a year ago I switched to Resmed AirSense 10, fix pressure machine. This is the first time I try to download data from the AirSense 10 SD card and is only able to get summary data and not detail data. Reason that I do it after a year is because AHI is last couple of days are quite high so want to investigate.
When I try to select 'download all available data', the OK button is greyed out. On the side bar also showing only summary data available (bar graph vs line graph).
Have a look at the SD card, there is a file for each day but with zero data, so it would seem the detail data is not recorded.
Is there a switch/setting to turn on detail data recording or I have to try an updated version of Rescan?

G'day James. Which model A10 do you have? The most basic AirStart and "Airsense 10 CPAP" machines do not give detailed data. You need the Elite, Autoset or AutoSet for Her to get full data. The model name is printed at the lower right corner of the machine.

DeepBreathing, Thanks. My machine is an AirSense 10 CPAP. 
I guess you answered the question, no detail data for this machine. 
There is no point to bring the machine for the sleep doctor to look at since there is no data! He or she would be none the wiser other than an average AHI number for the night.
