Resmed 11 Data file?

I have recently switched to a Resmed 11. When I was uploading the machine's data to OSCAR a window appeared stating to the effect: "Haven't seen this data, Looks like it'll work, send us a zipped file of the data for review". It appeared to me to work fine.

Do the project Managers still need this? If yes to where would I send it?

No. You need to upgrade to OSCAR 1.6.0, though.
