I called to order a mask and told I was noncompliance. I have been on Cpap for 20+ years, using it every night. I took a print off from MyAir to show. The DME asked for my number on my machine so they did not have to waste their time downloading the SD card each time I needed new equipment.
I did not need to ask them, they wanted to make it easier for them to sell me supplies
