So on Friday I finish my trail with the Dreamstation an they asked me when I drop the machine back what I want to do they said do I want to re hire or buy I said I want to buy 
So Friday I’m getting the

Resmed Airsense 10 Auto hope I made the right choice an like it I think I will an a lot of Yas said it’s a great machine 
Just wanted to know tho I know I’m In Australia 
But what did you Resmed Airsense 10 come with ?
Just want to make sure I’m getting everything that’s all haha thanks in advance

Well, I don't know how it works in the down under, but you should receive the basics.
Machine, heated hose, air filters, SD card and Carrying Case, Mask of choice.

Resmed ships with different packs.
An Airsense S10 Autoset with travel bag,humidifier tub and slimline hose is part #37207. Same setup with a heated hose is part #37208.
Masks are something the various vendors may or may not toss in for free.
I got a pretty big discount on my actual unit but no 'free stuff' and shipping was via 'ground'.

The online suppliers in Oz do this these bundle offers with masks. 
The clinics don’t always do this, they usually offer trials and no fit guarantees but you pay for the mask you end up with. The clinic price includes their margin and covers their time too based on the markups. At least that’s been my experience.

It is called ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet or ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her.

ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is the full name
ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her is also good (has an additional 'for her' algorithm)

Either is good

Mine says AirSense 10 AutoSet on it. That's the one I'd think you'd want.
