Resmed Airsense 11 AutoSet model 39520
Hello,

I just got a new machine after my first month on rental. My rental machine was a AS 10 AutoSet "For Her".

My new machine is an Resmed Airsense 11 Auto, model 39520. I quickly clicked the ok button when the message popped out, but seem like the model is not completely supported? Because I clicked to quickly, I don't know what dev would like I send to them Big Grin

It seem to work well anyway. The only thing I found is my heated tube were configured at 25 celcius yesterday and when I check the data on OSCAR, it reports 24.

I had the same settings on the AS10 and the reporting was correct. The value of "Temperature Enable" reported to be "On" instead of "Auto" on the AS10, not sure if this mean someting interesting or not.

I had some rainout issue last night and I increased the temp to 26. It will be interesting to see if it will still reports 1 degree under for the next night!

Hi Pixel Ninja -

It looks like you're trying to post an image directly from your computer, so that all your posting is a bunch of code.  That won't work.  I see you've now edited out the image code from your post.  You'll need to upload the image file as an attachment to a post.

For instructions on that, go here:

https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...pnea_Board

If uploading OSCAR charts, you may first need to properly organize your OSCAR charts.  Instructions for that can be found here:
https://www.apneaboard.com/wiki/index.ph...ganization

Hope this helps.

Pixel Ninja - One possibility; A Resmed CPAP will write the machine's current parameter configuration data the first time it is turned on for a particular day. If you (even briefly) turned on your AS11 and then latter changed the temperature, or pressures, they will not be recorded until the following day.

Hello,

So, yesterday I set the machine to 26. Not sure if I ran it for a quick test at 25 but for sure I didn't ran it at 24. This morning when I imported the data for the last night, it still reports 24.

The only thing I can think o to try at this point is to unplug the AS11 and let it sit for a few minutes. This should flush any memory registers. After a few minutes, plug it back in and let it initialize. See if it picks up the correct number in the AM.

Hello,

OSCAR still reports my climateline is running at 24. I even wiped the sdcard yesterday and this morning I still get 24 instead of 25. If climateline is off, it reports Off, but seem like it can't read the proper temperature.
