Limit view to 3-4 minutes around the event. Have we ever set your machine into ASV mode? I think we can try that if you have the Airbreak modification.

The only chart with anything we can address is the one below with some form of periodic breathing. If we can resolve the hypoventilation, that will avoid the hyperventilation phase and what you see as breath spikes. We can try to do that with ASV. Let's start with the following settings, and see what happens:
Mode: ASVauto
EPAP min: 5.0
EPAP max: 8.0
PS min: 3.0
PS max 8.0

RE: Abdulfakih - Therapy Thread
a small update:

I am still figuring out the ASV bit of the machine. However, i slept without cpap the last 2 nights.

I slept deeper, i didnt wake up a single time during the night. However, although i dont have a headache, i feel it like "developing"

So my current situation is:

Cpap: I sleep like sh*t wakeup tired but no headaches
WIthout cpap: I sleep like a baby, wakeup less tired but i might get headaches or it begins to develop.

Is that information helpful for something? or it doesnt change anything
