Resmed and Oscar

I have a resmed airsense 10. Currently in Guatemala. MyAir app and website not syncing data. I downloaded Oscar for windows PC, when I insert SD card (locked and unlocked) and try to import data to Oscar a message shows data not supported

Your SD card needs to be 32GB or less.  Is yours maybe higher GBs?  That could be your problem.

Another issue is that your pressure settings are too low for an adult.  I suggest you raise them to 7 to 14 and also turn EPR on, set full time to 3.  Those two changes should improve your therapy and comfort.
