RE: New APAP User - Looking for Help
Lowered my range to 9.4-12 with an EPR of 1 last night. Best night so far in terms of events! Even the user defined (20% and 50% reductions for 8 sec) flags significantly improved. Will give the cervical collar a shot later this week when it gets here to see if that helps the flow limitations. Originally I was going higher in pressure thinking it'd take care of the flow limitations, which was the wrong way to go and probably was causing the other issues?
Should I lower the lower end until I start seeing OA's or just leave it where it's at since it's working? Thanks for the help guys. [attachment=8625]

RE: New APAP User - Looking for Help
I think continuing to lower pressure is a good idea. There are no events that require the pressure, and I suspect the Autoset is responding to some flow limits. Right now, your best results appear to be at or near your minimum pressure. I would not hesitate to try 8 to 10 pressure.

and you are correct, the machine was responding to flow limitations. I figure I'll start replacing the leak graph with the flow limitation since I'm not having leak issues and it seems more relevant.
