Respironics Amara View FFM vs Resmed F20 Airtouch
I used the Resmed FFM since July. For a FFM, I must say it is quite comfortable and easy to use with the magnetic clasp. Leaks rate averaged between 12-30. Thought it was good and reordered the memory foam part because after just using wipes to clean for 3-4 months, I detected an unpleasant odor from the memory foam.
At the same time, I also ordered the Amara View to try out and started to use it early this week. Initially, I had problem putting back the mask... it wasn't easy attaching back the clips in the dark. Got used to it after a couple of days. Amazing thing is that leak rate only averages around 7 and I can easily wash and clean without worry about the smell. It is also quite comfortable. So I don't think I will go back to the F20 any more.
Just thought I will share.....

seeing you have the f20, you can order a silicon cushion for it and then see which one is better for you.

Actislly, I bought the airfit first. Used it for a day and gave up. The silicon cushion is quite uncomfortable compared to the amara gel cushion. The silicon smell also turns me off. Quite leaky for me too.

masks are so personal, what's good for one is a pig for another
I found the f20 had to be broken in, it was hard and actually felt narrow. It took a few nights/a week. (if it's a medium, I'll give you my address to post
j/k)
I have a philips gel and skirt when I first started, I can't get the skirt to seal properly and as an aside and not a fault, I needed more min pressure because the gel made the dead air volume larger.
