An equally important thing is whether or not you have an acceptable leak rate.
If your leak rate is acceptable, and your AHI is low, you're in good shape.
Next in importance is how well you feel in general, and how well you feel about the quality of sleep you're getting.

Yes, leak rate is very low and I've had a bit more energy the past few days too!

That's awesome. Now you can shift your attention away from what's happening while you sleep to what's happening while you're awake. After all, that's why we wear the hose.

you should ignore things right after you go to sleep and right before you wake up. the machine is pretty good about guessing what's happening while you're asleep, but not so much about what happens when you're awake, and, can't really tell, though, it could make a guess based on the waveform... but I've never heard of one that does that.
