I have been told the Amara silicone is more comfortable than the Amara Gel. I don't like the Amara Gel but it is because of the leaks; I like the headgear better than ResMed's head gear. I have not tried the Quattro Air. I tried the Mirage Quattro and it is much worse than Amara Gel. I don't care for the Quattro FX either. The head gear and the leaks are why I don't like the ResMed FFM for ME.
