I keep the FitLife on hand. This HUGE masks engulfs your face. It covers the eyes, nose and mouth and basically runs around the perimeter of your face.
You do need to keep the room cool because the air can feel a bit warm, but it allows you to breathe through your mouth without having to have ANYTHING on your nose.
