RE: Review my charts?
Hey guys, here are the results from two more nights. on 12/25, I slept with no pillow, hoping to address that positional issue you brought up. I do realize my pillow is a bit thick and have ordered a thin, firm pillow that will arrive in a few days.
12/26 (last night), I used a 3M adjustable cervical collar upon your recommendation. And no pillow, just a folded towel to prop my head up slightly. It was still a very unrestful night of sleep. I felt the resistance on my jaw from the collar, so it should be preventing my chin tuck. I don't know if it's enough. I almost want to curve or prop my head back a little more to help me breathe better.
Still feel like my breathing was very poor. Did not feel refreshed at all when I was awake in bed breathing in. Any other thoughts on what this could be? do you really think it's the chin tuck issue and airway behind the jaws, or is it my nasal breathing like I mentioned in my original post. Still considering if treating that will make a big difference.
