Hi rwscull! - Welcome
You can use any SD card from 2 to 32 GB in size.

RE: SD Card
Added question as it is related. My SD card came from my supplier. Am I allowed to change to a different SD card or is it best to stick with the SD card given? It says RESMED right on it. Also it won't read on any computer. Dont-know

RE: SD Card
Resmed buys their SD cards from a manufacturer and sticks their name on them. Resmed builds CPAPs, not SD cards. For your AS10, you can use any SD card that is 2GB to 32GB in size. New cards come already formatted. Al you have to do is put in your AS10, and it will automatically add is files and directories.

Do some prevent you from reading the card on anything except their approved apps or only by your doctor? Just wondering. I can call my doctor after the weekend and ask why I can't read it on my PC (not showing up).

RE: SD Card
No, an SD card is considered a removable storage device. Your computer regards an SD card just like a USB memory stick. If it was an app reading problem, other people would be reporting this.

If your SD card does not display as a drive, on the left side, in Windows Explorer, then either the card, card reader, USB connection cable (if used) or USB port will be the problem.

I tried it on 2 computers and same result. That is why I was asking. Confusing, as I could read other SD cards no problem. Dont-know Dont-know Dont-know Is it possible my SD card I got with my AirCurve is faulty? When I registered my machine just an hour ago on https://myair.resmed.com/dashboard it says no data so far.

RE: SD Card
MyAir and the SD card are two completely different things. MyAir uses a cellular signal to send summary data to the cloud. It is not dependent on having an SD card. If you can access the SD card in Windows Explorer, take a screenshot of the contents of the card.

Ya it doesn't show up at all in explorer and I have no compatible cell for the app for android. The My Air link I used uses the Serial Number and Device Number on the back of the CPAP itself. I was considering that perhaps it is not recording any data on it and that something was defective with the SD card itself as I cannot figure out why I can't read it or anything. If I had a compatible cell I could see if data was being recorded and transmitted through cell signal but at this time I have no way to test that.

RE: SD Card
If it were me, I'd just try substituting a different, compatible SD Card in your Resmed 10, as a diagnostic test. Set aside the card that came with the machine; you can always put it back later, if you want to. Make sure the new SD card is not "locked" and doesn't have dirty contacts. Insert it the correct orientation, of course. With the machine turned on, The CPAP machine screen should promptly indicate that it recognizes a card is inserted and is setting it up. (It will automatically create a directory structure if it is missing.). It will not put on your prior data, but it will start recording the next time the CPAP is used for a session. (So next morning, eject the new card, and insert it into your PC card reader and try to read it on Windows file explorer and on Oscar via the CPAP Importer on the welcome screen. (If your system has various utilities that offer to snoop or scan new cards, like anti-virus, or google drive or dropbox, respond to their prompts appropriately -- generally you can say "no" or "cancel" to clear those pop-ups. ) . After you're done with the card on your PC, remember to CLOSE explorer and to then tell Windows to "Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media" before physically removing it.

If on the other hand your CPAP machine doesn't recognize the new card when you insert it, try reinserting it. If nothing, there is probably an issue with the card slot or in the CPAP machine setup. Hope this helps.
