SP02 oscillations

SP02 oscillations

Twice a night usually right after I fall asleep then after 3am. I get SP02 oscillations shown attached. The low level can be at or above 90%.
Corresponding heart rate fluctuations.

The attached is on Room Air.

I also get them on CPAP (11 cmH20 constant pressure). The CPAP shows mostly central Apneas during the oscillation period. It usually starts with a central Apnea.

Any ideas on what is causing this and how to treat it?

RE: SP02 oscillations
Please post an entire evenings OSCAR chart using the standard format. There is a link in my signature to “Format OSCAR Charts” that explains it. If there are specific areas you want someone to look at, post a 2-3 min zoom for that area(s) as well.
