Rhynil Nasal Spray
Has anyone every used the Rhynil Nasal Spray or another nasal spray to reduce snoring and possibly help Apnea? I am traveling to a country with very limited electricity and will be moving daily and it will be difficult to keep batteries charged.

Hi ozone529,
WELCOME! to the forum.! I'm not familiar with that nasal spray so I don't know. Hang in there for answers to your question and good luck to you with your CPAP therapy. Have a good trip.

RE: Rhynil Nasal Spray
It's a "natural" "herbal" remedy, or in other words who knows what's in it? "Natural" "herbal" products can have many and various side effects and as someone with kidney problems lately I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole. If you want to risk your health with something you know nothing about that's up to you.
There are risks with prescription meds too, of course. But at least there's a law telling them they must disclose risks and side effects, and the companies that sell them can get in really big trouble for failure to disclose. There is no such law about "herbal" remedies.

Hi ozone529 and welcome to the forum!
My sleep doc told me that if a patient is still snoring that the pressure needs to be raised. I'm not sure if that applies to everyone, but I gathered it did. Check with your sleep doc about this. I hope your travels are for pleasure, but either way have a safe trip!
