Sensitive to adrenaline rush hbp

Sensitive to adrenaline rush hbp
I had morning high blood pressure problems before my sleep apnea was treated after about 2 weeks it went to normal 120 over 80 or so.

It's been fine for about 3 months but on Christmas on the way home driving we hit a deer in her car no one was hurt but the time it took for the car to stop and the time that we hit the my adrenaline shot through the roof.. My blood pressure went to 160 over 110 for over 24 hours straight no matter what I would do it would not go down. I ended up taking a Benadryl and that ended up making the steady stream of adrenaline lower to a small trickle.

I also noticed that I have very poor workouts in the gym now that I'm on sleep therapy and I think that I used to live in an adrenaline state.

I don't have any other symptoms of over adrenalized. Otherwise.  I did do all the tests for tumors and stuff like that.

Anyone else have oversensitivity to adrenaline rushes? Now that you aren't suffering from adrenaline rushes all night?
