Good analysis here. You don't have any suggestion of obstructive apnea, and everything is central. Fortunately it's pretty low, but it is typical with central apnea that results will be inconsistent. I don't see much alternative to just proceeding with the current therapy in hopes of graduating to ASV. Depending on your objective, you can stack the deck.
To improve results, just set your pressure to fixed at 6.0 and no EPR. If you want to make a convincing argument for ASV, add in EPR and allow the therapy to wander from 6 to 12. You will feel miserable, but the results will push your doctor to the next level.
