I am interested in de-authorizing one the physicians who has access to my "myAir" ResMed Data. Does anyone know how do do this?

To my knowledge, and it could easily be wrong, you doctor doesn't have access to your "MyAir" data. He likely has access to your detailed data via AirView, a service from ResMed that he subscribes to.
Contact the doctor's office, and ResMed. Either should be able to do this. I don't know the contact for this at ResMed because this would normally be done via your doctor's office.

You could put the machine in airplane mode which turns off transmitting functions (unless you do need the data to go to someone like insurance etc).
