Yes Flex 1 or 2 is good. Many that try Flex 3 say it's not as good, disruptive and such.

Just as a side note to the replies you have received.. CPAP manages apnoea, it doesn't cure it (basically there isn't a "cure" of any form).
The aim is to get the most effective treatment settings for your personal needs.

Good luck moving forward with your apnoea.
