@deepbreathing, now that you explained the "Rate" of the Resmed, do you concur with the Min PS everyone else has suggested?

@sleeprider, I will do what you and everyone on has said and download sleepyhead. I'd be very interest in trying the ASV auto settings.

Treating my sleep apnea over the last five years has completely changed my life and I am trying to become increasingly more knowledgeable. I've been on CPAP, BiPAP, and now this ASV for past 1.5 years or so. I have never had anyone to ask questions to and have done all my research myself. THANK YOU ALL, THIS IS AWESOME.

For questions regarding mask sizes, and RLS problems, should I start a new thread? I don't know if it's kosher to ask about RLS, but I can only imagine that many people with sleep disorders have more than one.

Yes.

Best to keep all your stuff together in one thread - that way you have a nice concise history of your questions, our responses and how things went. No problem at all talking about RLS - it seems to be a common co-morbidity with sleep apnea.
