Sleep Data off CPAP
Need Help interpretating my SPO2 Data since stopping CPAP. I was Diagnosed 2 years ago with severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea AHI 47. i have stopped using my machine as i was unable to tolerate it anymore after loosing 180LBS. My doctor took me off CPAP so we could repeat the Sleep study but i wont have the results for another month+ and was hoping my SPO2 data might be able to give me some insight into what is happening and if i will still require come kind of treatment. I have started Position therapy on my own as i have noticed my sleep is significantly worse when i sleep on my back. Any feedback is greatly appreciated

RE: Sleep Data off CPAP
To get the best help you need to download and use Oscar, our free sleep reporting system that creates very informative charts that we can use to help you obtain better sleep. You can download it and find directions at the top of every page in the black ribbon. Good luck!

No. I'm sorry to say that you need to use your machine for Oscar to work. You need to have a 32BG or less SD card in your machine to record the information.
