Sleepware G3 support
Hi, all, I am relatively new to the G3 software. I am in technical support in my company. I have a user who downloaded a study from Alice NightOne. She moved the study to our network drive. That drive is mapped as a working folder when you select the open folder icon from the start page.
All her studies appear except one. It resides in the same folder on the network drive as the other studies. I cannot see any blatant differences between this patient's folder and anyone else's that appears.
Has anyone encountered this?
I am suspecting bad data in the study files, but do not know where to start.

You probably won't find anyone here that has experience with the G3 software to interpret the Alice NightOne that tracks patients, as that's not what we do here.
Yes, we may be able to interpret the results of a study done if uploaded here, but we don't use the Proprietary G3 software that you have access to in your business.
You may have better luck doing a search on YouTube for help with the technical difficulties you are experiencing.
