Sleepy Head loses Notes

Sleepy Head loses Notes
Sleepy Head loses the notes- sometimes 2 days at a time.

Mac OSX El Cap
Current version of Sleepy Head
SleepyHead v1.0.0-beta-2
Are there any non beta versions?
I'll go back and they will be gone.
There appears to be no save function.
Ideas?
Jedimarks's contact info?

RE: Sleepy Head loses Notes
The notes function is not a finished feature and is unreliable for saving a journal, and it is not tied into the report function. Mark is aware of the Journal issues and says its inclusion was an afterthought. I don't know if he will build out more functionality in the future.

Where can I download the latest version...because all of the version I see on the site are beta versions.
Link?

Also...
Cheyenne stokes incident
I've been using CPAP RESMEN AIRSENSE 10 now for about 3 weeks and for the first time last night
it reported a Cheyenne stokes incident.
Lasted about 10 minutes.
It shows both in Sleepy Head and RES Scan.
How worried should i be about this?
I'm planning to talk to a doctor about it.
Ideas?
I can send a private screen shot

CSR I  the absence of heart failure is nearly always simple periodic breathing.  If you want to post a graph see the Organizing and Attachment tutorials in my signature.  We can confirm or explain why the event is or is not CSR.  We can probably suggest some tips on how to avoid the periodic breathing or central apnea as well.

For a number of reasons, we don't do "private" consultations. It's much preferred that you post an image in the forum. That allows for more opinions and ideas, and we do not pretend that our analysis or suggestions are medical advise...but it's pretty good. Smile

RE: Sleepy Head loses Notes
At a fixed pressure of 10.0 with no EPR, your events are entirely central and hypopnea.  I would guess if you examine your sleep test results, there will be a notable central or mixed apnea component, even if the diagnosis is obstructive apnea.  The variable flow rate in this image is periodic breathing and has no resemblance to Cheyne-Stokes.  You can even rename the CSR o  the chart to Periodic Breathing PB in Sleepyhead Preferences.  With CSR, we look for gradual increases and decreases in flow rate, generally with a CA at the minimum flow.  I have attached an example.  Your periodic breathing is irregular and shows sharp increases in flow at the termination of hypopnea (recovery breathing).  I think the OA event may be central.

I think that if you turned on EPR, and even autoset pressure mode, you would have many more CA events, but based on the events we are seeing here, you may be able to lower pressure and be more comfortable with fewer events and PB.  You may want to experiment with gradually lowering CPAP pressure to see if the CA and H event rate can be reduced.  Although you are getting acceptable results with your CPAP you might want to do some research on adaptive servo ventilation ASV, which is what you would need to treat CA and periodic breathing associated with complex or central apnea.

This is CSR and what you don't want to see.
