SleepyHead Questions

I'm still considered VERY NEW to Sleep Apnea, this board and to the SleepyHead software. When I look at my stats, it still looks Greek to me (with the exception of the simple AHI numbers. I know there is a ton of information with regards to the user manual, etc. However, I'm hoping someone can tell me what it is I should be looking at first to begin understanding all the info in the SleepyHead program. Too much info is causing me confusion and as we all know a confused mind does nothing!

Use the link Alan gave you and start looking it over. It may seem overwhelming, but there is an index. Just pick a topic and start to compare it to some of your graphs.
It will become clearer in time as you use it.
