OSCAR Showing Different Usage Hours than MyAir

Hi Everyone,

I have noticed recently that there has been a big difference is usage hours between OSCAR and MyAir. Many times this amount is very substantial.

For example:


Wednesday, 1/19
MyAir: 2:23 usage hours
OSCAR:7:22 (Pretty sure OSCAR was right on this one)

or

Sunday, 1/16
MyAir: 10:34
OSCAR:09:26

Why is there such a big discrepancy sometimes and not others? Anyone else have this issue with Resmed Airsense  11?

It seems it may be some kind of glitch with MyAir (or ResMed's servers) that doesn't seem to be specific to the AS10 or AS11.
If you use OSCAR the times should be alright there.
