I'm brand new to this forum, and probably came here for the same frustrations as everyone else. I spent a half hour on the phone with RESMED about my Airsense 10 Autoset. I was told they have no access to any settings and won't provide zero service to a private customer. All information has to come from my DME who apparently "owns" the serial number on my machine. Nobody else seems to want to work with me, or on my machine. My original and only DME has quit working with me to keep my machine tuned.
Who should I be mad at, and how do I take this leash off?
There is no leash, follow the links at the top of the forum to get the clinical manual for your machine, download Sleepyhead and we can help you optimise your settings if required
