Sleepyhead [How to upload screenshot?]

My first night's data has been captured. I am attempting a screen shot so I can post it and get some assistance. Following Robbie Sue's instructions my PC captures a screen shot. It saves it and gives me the saved location on my screen for all of 10 seconds. I then take an iPhone photo of that screen and begin typing in the long string of characters. I inevitably miss one or two and must start over. Then, when I'm certain I have the string correctly typed I hit "enter" and am told that no such location exists. Surely there must be an easier way to get to my captured screen shot for posting purposes. All advice will be appreciated. Thanks!
